We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team, providing exceptional care and support to the senior adult community. This full-time, Monday-Friday position offers a unique opportunity to blend bedside care and triage responsibilities in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

About the Role:

The RN will play a critical role in direct patient care, patient education, and clinical oversight, working closely with Medical Assistants and providers to ensure smooth and effective patient processes. This role is ideal for an RN with recent bedside experience who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care, including IV placements, monitoring setup, and administering medications.
• Conduct triage over the phone, assessing patient conditions and advising on same-day appointments or hospital care as necessary.
• Educate patients on chronic conditions and self-care practices to promote better health outcomes.
• Foster collaboration with providers and Medical Assistants to enhance patient flow and clinic operations.
• Ensure compliance with clinical processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Prepare for and support quality audits, addressing any identified clinical deficiencies.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing (required); BSN or Healthcare Administration degree preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Arizona (required).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in direct patient care.
  • Experience with community-based clinics or senior populations preferred.
  • Recent bedside nursing experience is required.
• Certifications: BLS certification (required).
• Skills:
  • Strong clinical expertise, critical reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional ability to educate and communicate with patients, families, and staff.
  • Proficient PC skills; fluency in Spanish or other community languages is a plus.
