Registered Nurse (Pre-op/PACU)


Details
Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Portland Oregon 97086
Setting: Ambulatory Surgical Center
Shift: M-F Changes daily; open to 10's and/or 8's preop begins at 6:30am and surgery starts at 7:30am; shifts end at 6:30pm latest
Typical pay range: $48.00-$52.00 hour
Employment: Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities
Assess patient's preoperative and postoperative status at intervals according to facility or health care organization policies and procedures to include the patients.
Develop an individualized perianesthesia plan of care.
Implement the plan of care including the following interventions.
Evaluate the patient's progress toward attaining outcomes.
Provide hand-off report to other teammates that are accurate, concise, and pertinent to the patient's condition and response to care.

Requirements
Must have RN OR State License
1 -2 years of RN experience in a PACU/PreOp setting required
Must have BLS & ACLS certification
PALS Cert
Specialties experience in ENT, Kids, and/or Sports Medicine preferred
