Registered Nurse (Pre-op/Post-op)

Details

Title: Registered Nurse (Pre-op/Post-op)

Location: The Colony, TX 75056

Setting: Specialty Surgical Center / Outpatient / Reconstructive surgery

Shift: Monday-Thursday (surgery/clinic) 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; Some days working until 7PM(compensated for 40 hours per week)

On-Call: Rotating after hours & Friday's

Pay: Typical pay range $45.00-$50.00 hourly

Job Responsibilities

Pre-op/Post-op RN:

Prepare patients for surgery

Ensuring their safety and readiness

Care for patients before and after surgery

Monitoring their recovery

Managing pain

Providing post-surgical education

EMR experience Strong bedside manners

Requirements

Texas Nursing License or "multi-state" licensure

Registered Nurse

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Comfortable with surgical procedures on children and adults (6 months-18 years, some adults)

COVID vaccinated or Exempt preferred not required
