We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Manhattan, NY. The RN will provide exceptional patient care and oversee the activities of Medical Assistants (MAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

• Perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of MAs and LPNs to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to MAs and LPNs, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and manage patient flow to optimize clinic operations and minimize wait times.
• Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
