Job description
Overview
Triage, script refill, annual wellness visits, INR, prior authorizations, medical equipment orders, billing and CRM requests, lab review, assisting PA with phlebotomy, assure that patient notifications are on point, follow up with patient over the phone, document results and coordinate with patients about test results.
