RN Registered Nurse - Clinical Nurse - Nursing - Healthcare - Medical. Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse for our Antioch location. As a Charge Nurse with this client, you will immediately become a valued member of the team. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to float between our centers in South Nashville (Antioch), Murfreesboro, Franklin, and East Nashville.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the CCA (Clinical Care Assistant) team.
Collaborate with the clinic manager to address compliance and attendance issues.
Conduct walkthroughs of clinics to ensure safety.
Provide bi-weekly training sessions for the care team.
Assist in pulling patients and cover for CCAs when short-staffed.
Administer disciplinary actions as necessary.

Training:

Initial training will take place in Memphis, involving a week of shadowing and working with the Charge Nurses there.
Lodging, car coverage, and a food allowance will be provided during training.

Compensation:

Base Salary $70,000-$80,000 (based on exprience) An additional $300 monthly travel allowance (gas not reimbursed).
Schedule provided a week in advance, typically one day per week at each location until more Charge Nurses are hired.

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:

Valid TN RN License (please ensure it is current).
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in injections and phlebotomy across all age groups.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in primary care/family practice.
Familiarity with ECW (eClinicalWorks).
Bilingual capabilities.
