Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: East Nashville, TN (with travel to South Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, and East Nashville)

Shift: 9am - 6pm

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year + $300/month stipend to compensate for travel between clinics

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse for our clinic in East Nashville.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee CCA team
• Work alongside clinic manager to address issues such as compliance and attendance
• Perform walk-throughs of clinics to ensure clinic safety
• Conduct bi-weekly training sessions with the care team
• Handle disciplinary actions as applicable

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

• Valid TN RN License
• 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting
• Injection and phlebotomy experience with all ages
• EMR experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Primary care/family practice experience
• Bilingual
