Job Title: Outpatient Primary Care Registered Nurse

Location: Manhattan

Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Introduction: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outpatient Primary Care Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an outpatient primary care facility, we focus on delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial patient screenings and assessments.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Assist with patient education and management of chronic illnesses.
  • Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient health information.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications:
