Job description

Registered Nurse
Setting: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Location: Nashua New Hampshire 03060
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p
Compensation: $26.55 - $33.65 DOE
Job Summary
Provides comprehensive nursing support to clients on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. Supervises the medication administration of all ACT clients, which includes verifying that medications given reflect the most recent orders, packaging medications for delivery by ACT team staff, providing medication management at the Agency for a select number of clients, scheduling and delivery of long acting injectable medications, and maintaining accurate records of all related activities. Provides medication education to clients, families and staff.

Skills/Qualifications
New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
Associates degree in Nursing required
Very strong interest in working in a Psych setting
Newly licensed Nurses encouraged to apply
