We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Arlington, Washington. The primary focus is on dialysis treatment and direct patient care. Nurses will manage patient conditions, administer dialysis treatments, and provide high-quality care in various shift schedules. The role requires strong collaboration with care teams to ensure patient needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform morning checks, including water quality and emergency supplies, prior to patient arrival.
- Assess patient conditions, address unstable conditions, and coordinate with healthcare providers.
- Administer dialysis treatments and medications to patients.
- Serve as charge nurse during shifts, ensuring clinic operations run smoothly.
- Collaborate with care coordinators and Dialysis Clinic Managers (DCMs) to meet patient needs.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Degree: Degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN or ASN acceptable).
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multistate Nurse Compact License (please include credential #).
- Certifications: Current CPR and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Experience:
- New grads accepted in some locations.
- Ideal Target: RN with 1-3 years of experience.
- Perfect Candidate: RN with 1+ years of dialysis experience.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Previous Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis experience.
- Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing.

Schedule/Shift:
- 9am - 10pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 10am - 11pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
