Job description

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, where you'll make a profound difference in patients' lives while gaining specialized training and advancing your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide life-saving care by administering dialysis treatments and medications including peritoneal dialysis, both continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) and continuous cyclic peritoneal dialysis (CCPD), as well as support for home hemodialysis using NxStage technology.
  • Educate patients and families about kidney health and dialysis management.
  • Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, nephrologists, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Supervise Dialysis Technicians, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Take charge of clinic operations as the on-site Charge Nurse.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to a culture of excellence.

  • Background in acute or ambulatory care settings.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday with variable shifts.
  • Early morning shift, mid-day, and evening shifts available
  • On-site role with clinics designed for streamlined workflows and patient-centered care.
