We are hiring expereinced RNs to join our team. In this admisntrative role you will be playing a cruical part in traige, patient education, and overall patient care.

Location and Schedule:
Located in Swissvale, PA!

The schedule offers a balanced work-life integration:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
• Wednesday: 10:30am - 7pm

In office position with the opportunity to work 1 day from home after you first 6 months

Key Responsibilities:
You'll play a crucial role in patient care:

• Triage patient calls and inquiries with compassion and expertise.
• Educate patients on essential topics such as medication and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate appointments and follow-up care to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated healthcare team.

Requirements:
You'll need an active Pennsylvania RN license and at least one year of nursing experience.

Previous triage or case management experience is preferred.
