• Hours: 32-40 hours per week, flexible based on patient needs
• Shift: Primarily day shift, with required availability 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM for after-school therapy sessions
• Work Setting: Sessions may take place in clinical, school, home, or community environments

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work with children and adolescents (ages 3-18) with autism, ADHD, and other developmental or behavioral challenges. Under the supervision of a licensed therapist, the RBT will implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support skill development, behavioral improvements, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a structured and supportive environment
✔ Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a licensed therapist
✔ Collect and record data on client progress to support treatment adjustments
✔ Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development
✔ Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure progress
✔ Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for learning and growth
✔ Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements:

✅ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Experience working with children or adolescents with autism, ADHD, or behavioral challenges (preferred)
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
✅ Ability to follow structured behavior intervention plans and document progress accurately
