We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work with children and adolescents (ages 3-18) with autism, ADHD, and other developmental or behavioral challenges. Under the supervision of a licensed therapist, the RBT will implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support skill development, behavioral improvements, and overall well-being.
β Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a structured and supportive environment
β Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a licensed therapist
β Collect and record data on client progress to support treatment adjustments
β Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development
β Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure progress
β Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for learning and growth
β Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
β
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
β
Experience working with children or adolescents with autism, ADHD, or behavioral challenges (preferred)
β
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
β
Ability to follow structured behavior intervention plans and document progress accurately
β
