Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Duties

• Answering phones (especially referrals) and scheduling patients with the right providers for services needed

• Call Volume is 200-300 Mon-Wed, slower on Thurs and Fri

• Collecting Co-Pay and Posting Payments Immediately

• Collecting New Patient Demographic and correcting any patient demographic

• assist with med records, scanning, data entry, etc.
