Job Highlights:

• Qualifications Identified: Accredited radiologic technology program graduate.
• Certifications Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification/registration, Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT) state license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association.
• COVID-19 Requirement: Full vaccination status.
• Additional Requirements: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky cabinet for Human Resources holding a General Radiation Operator Certificate.
• Experience Preferred: One year of pediatric and/or orthopedic experience.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Closed weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting radiographic procedures in accordance with department protocols.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Upholding professionalism and empathy in all interactions with patients and families.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
• Certifications: ARRT certification/registration, KBMIRT state license, BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• Licensure: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky cabinet for Human Resources holding a General Radiation Operator Certificate.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience beyond educational program in radiography preferred.
• Preferred Experience: Experience with intraoperative procedures and pediatric/orthopedics.
• Knowledge: Understanding of the physical and psychosocial needs of age-specific groups in the care environment.

• Full COVID-19 vaccination status is mandatory.
• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Closed weekends and major holidays, observing nine holidays including New Year, Martin Luther King, Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
