HIRING: RADIOLOGY SCHEDULER

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with scheduling radiology exams.
• Verifying and updating patient information in the scheduling system.
• Providing patients with pre-appointment instructions and answering basic inquiries.
• Coordinating with radiology staff to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times.
• Ensuring compliance with office policies and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

• Scheduling experience
• High School Diploma / GED
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Schedule/Shift:

• Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
