Quality Supervisor

Earth City, MO 63045

Monday - Friday, 3PM to 11:30PM

Pay: $55K - $60K annually, based on experience

Duration: 6 month contract to direct hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control.
• Previous experience as a QC Inspector.
• Willingness to assist with inspections; small team with only two direct reports.
• Experience in medical device or chemical inspection is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise quality control inspectors during the assigned shift, managing personnel and enforcing policies.
• Ensure teams adhere to established protocols for addressing quality control issues promptly.
• Coordinate product inspection and disposition.
• Assign tasks to employees and manage schedules under the QA Manager's direction.
• Train new quality control department employees on proper testing procedures and safety practices.
• Oversee daily quality assurance activities during product manufacturing and inspection.
• Provide feedback on procedures and suggest improvements to management.
• Implement testing procedures as directed by the manager and in accordance with industry standards.
