Quality Specialist

Lake Geneva, WI 53417

Shift: M-F, 7AM to 3:30PM

Pay: $23-26/HR, based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with quality system requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485:2016) is necessary, and experience in a pharmaceutical environment (21 CFR 210-211) is a plus.
  • Must have proven experience with NC investigation, including immediate correction and corrective actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams to effectively communicate, analyze, investigate, implement, and document quality assurance processes and address nonconformities.
  • Develop and implement procedures focused on handling nonconformities.
  • Simplify and oversee process steps to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Work across departments to drive continuous improvement, meet project timelines, and surpass customer satisfaction goals through nonconformity (NC) trend analysis.
  • Carry out assigned tasks to support quality management and the broader management team.
  • Oversee and contribute to trending efforts within quality and operational areas.
