Job description

Shift: 3rd (M-F 11pm-7am)

Job Summary
● This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable
laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented
procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health
and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).
● Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety
initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
● To provide the personnel with the responsibility and authority to approve or reject all
raw
● materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
● Responsible for the sampling and inspection of all in-process and incoming materials.
● Perform routine sampling and inspection of all manufactured products and incoming
materials.
● Document results completely and accurately according to applicable Specifications,
Test Methods, and Standard Operating Procedures
● Perform environmental monitoring of aseptic filling operations and facility utilities as
required by procedure.
● Initiate Non-conformance and Excursion Reports as required for materials, processes,
or environments that do not meet specified requirements
● Assist in problem identification and corrective action plans in concert with Quality and
Production Management.
● Authority to approve for use all incoming or in-process materials, and to reject any
that are found to not meet specifications
● Recurring physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, crouching, using tools,
frequently lifting up-to 30 pounds.
Minimum Requirements
● High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
● Minimum 1 year Quality Inspection experience, preferable in the Health Care industry.
● Working knowledge of cGMPs desired.
● Skill Requirements
● Clear, concise, and courteous inter-personal communications skills.
● Ability to work with other team members in the solving of problems that may arise
during
● routine operations, and the decisions that will need to be made as a result.
