Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Pay: $22-25/HR

Duration: 4-6 Month, Temporary Contract

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device environment.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in quality management preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management software. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with various departments and levels of management.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quality Systems Administration: Manage and maintain the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Complaints Management: Handle the intake, documentation, and resolution of product quality complaints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and address issues.
  • Document Control: Oversee the document control process, including the creation, revision, approval, and archiving of quality documents. Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Training Coordination: Administer and track employee training programs related to quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Ensure training records are complete and compliant.
  • Change Control: Facilitate the change control process, ensuring that all changes are documented, evaluated, and approved in accordance with company procedures.
  • Calibration and Preventative Maintenance: Coordinate the calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action): Support the CAPA process by documenting, tracking, and following up on corrective and preventative actions. Ensure timely resolution and closure of CAPAs.
  • Data Collection and Record Retention: Collect and analyze quality data, maintaining accurate records for audits and inspections. Ensure all records are stored securely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
