QC Verifer- Personal Care Industry

Location: Branchburg, New Jersey

We are currently hiring for a QC Verifier position at a CMO for cosmetics, personal care, and over-the-counter drug brands company located in Branchburg, NJ. This is a full-time, permanent role with comprehensive benefits, including a 401k plan, health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, educational assistance and employee referral programs.

Pay Range:

  • $20-22/hr

Job Description:
The QC verifer is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance while maintaining high productivity levels.

Responsibiltiies:

  • Prioritize tasks and complete work assignments promptly.
  • Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision, contributing to the achievement of glycols plant goals.
  • Engage in plant safety and quality programs, adhering to established safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment operating issues and upsets.
  • Monitor all equipment and systems, making necessary adjustments to ensure the safe production of quality products.
  • Assist in the development and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as contribute to the training and coaching of personnel in SOPs.
  • Maintain company batch record documentation and reconciliation logs as mandated by regulatory agencies.
  • Verify calibration dates and validation status of process equipment before use.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
