Pay: $22-25/HR, based on experience

Monday - Friday, 6AM to 4:30PM

Contract to Hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an FDA-regulated or ISO 13485/9001 environment.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth micrometers, indicators, gauge pins, gauge blocks, height gauges, pin gauges, and precision optical equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct clean room particulate monitoring and accurately document the results.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines while performing duties, including the safe operation of machinery, tools, and equipment, proper use of safety devices, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
  • Interpret quality control plans and drawings to conduct inspections.
  • Perform inspections for start-up first-piece approval, in-process production, final piece inspections, and shipping document verification.
  • Identify training needs and develop training plans for Quality Control Inspectors.
  • Accurately document and record inspection results, adhering to Good Documentation Practices.
  • Conduct dimensional and functional testing using various equipment.
  • Perform incoming inspections on raw materials.
  • Identify non-conformances and initiate Nonconformance Reports.
  • Communicate with the Quality/Manufacturing Manager and Shift Supervisor when non-conforming processes or products are identified.
  • Understand and adhere to Quality Alerts.
