Job description

Location: Hartland, WI

We are currently hiring for a quality inspector position at a medical device manufaturer.

Shift:

  • 1st shift (7am-3:30pm)

Pay:

  • 19-22/hr

Position Title: QC Inspector

Position Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all medical devices meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, testing, and monitoring processes to ensure product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform testing and validation of medical devices according to established protocols and procedures.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control data.
  • Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and work collaboratively with production teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures and standards.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits and inspections.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and quality control trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent & 2 years of experience
  • Proven experience in quality control or inspection in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
