Job description
Position Description:
Knowledge of PCB fabrication / assembly
IPC - A - 610 certification or J-STD certification preferred
Experience with hands on and visual inspection of PCBA (specifically assembled circuit boards) - ask about how many layered boards they have worked on
Experience with micrometers, calipers, microscopic visual inspection, thread gauges
Understanding of AOI ideal
Must be able to read electrical schematics (understand PCB layout)
Understands components of PCBA (transistors, capacitors, etc.)
Ability to solder
Experience working around Surface Mount Technology (SMT equipment)
2 pick and place machines
AOI (Automated optical inspection) machine
Jet Printers
Selective Solder machine
Exposure to Mycronic equipment is huge plus
Soldering experience on PCBs
Exposure to quality systems is a plus (including ISO 9001 / AS9100)
Ability to assist on shop floor if problems to occur / willing to be a team player
