Medix is looking to hire a Psychiatric Technician or LVN for a full time position in Ventura County.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of 15 patients
• Age group: 60 and older
• Acuity level: moderate to high
• Meeting with each patient once a week, assisting with doctors appointments and any forms/ applications as needed.
• Utilize a company-provided vehicle to visit the clients and escort them to their appointments.
• Provide post visit documentation and update patient charts.

Requirements / Experience:

• Psych Tech or LVN
• CA Driver's license and auto insurance
• Spanish bilingual (preferred)

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday 8:00- 5:00 pm

Pay range:

$27-30/hr BOE
