Setting: Adolescent Behavioral Health
Address: Concord Massachusetts 01742
Schedule/Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm; Participate in the on-call rotation
Compensation: $48.08 - $67.31 DOE

Job Description
Opportunity to work within a growing organization with a mission to provide the highest quality dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) services.
-Provide high quality medication management to program patients using appropriate evidence-based interventions, monitors treatment progress, changes or discontinues ineffective treatment.
-Collaborate with Medical Director and other members of the interdisciplinary team, seeks consultation and supervision as necessary.
-Uphold principles and strategies, consultation agreements, and staff and client assumptions in interactions with clients and the team.
-Exude non judgment, empathy, and compassion.
-Contribute to an environment where staff want to work and clients want to receive treatment.
-Contribute to program development (i.e., implementing new procedures or systems) to improve patient care or team functioning.
-Work collaboratively with the Medical Director to provide patient assessment, formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, interpret test results, provide patient education, and complete required documentation.
-Provide primary medical care services and referrals as indicated.
-Participate in the on-call rotation.

Skills/Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution
Massachusetts licensure as Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse
Psychiatric-Mental Health NP Certification (PMHNP-BC) by the ANCC
Psychiatric Experience
Experience with specific medication for adolescents within the Psychiatric space
Understanding of how to properly prescribe medication
