Job description

Hiring PSRs and Medical Front Desk
Location: Coatesville, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Medical Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, checking in and out patients, and handling various administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical environment. You will be working within our internal EMR system and supporting staff with various patient-related inquiries. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is committed to excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients upon arrival and provide excellent customer service.
  • Obtain and verify patient information (demographics, insurance details, etc.).
  • Operate multiple computer platforms, including Microsoft Office and internal EMR systems.
  • Follow HIPAA compliance regulations at all times.
  • Schedule and confirm follow-up appointments for patients.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting room for patients.
  • Assist with ensuring that patients complete necessary paperwork prior to appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
  • Must be flu vaccinated.
  • Ability to pass a 9-panel drug screening.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
