Provider Assistant - MA, EMT, LPN

Day to Day:

• Interview patients and document basic medical history
• Take vital signs and document findings in the patient record
• Review annual wellness questionnaire with appropriate patients
• Administer immunizations
• Monitor messages and relay clinician responses via phone calls
• Enter orders for laboratory services

Hours - Shift Options!:

• 7:45 AM - 4:15 / 5:15 PM (Day-shift) OR
• 4 PM - 8:15 PM (evening shift)
• *All Monday - Friday

Specialities:

• Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Urgent Care (evening shifts), and Family Medicine!

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program with or without certification (AAMA or AMT) OR
• Current LPN (MN and WI license required) OR
• Graduate of an accredited EMT program plus current EMT license (National / Minnesota)
