The ideal candidate will have experience project managing large scale proprietary application integrations from start to finish with team sizes of 40-60 people and budget responsibility in the 25M< range. This person will work a hybrid schedule onsite in Rosemont, IL 3 days a week and remote the other 2 days.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project or other client-approved software.
• Control and manage project scope, budget, activities, and expectations to ensure profitability of projects.
• Regularly track, report, and analyze project status, including scheduling and conducting regular status meetings, and creating client-facing status reports.
• Create and manage Risk, Change and Issues registers for the project.
• Plan, schedule and manage project activities with clients.
• Regularly manage, interact, and collaborate with project team members.
• Plan and lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
• Ability to lead design sessions and workshops with clients to capture functional requirements.
• Facilitate discussions and resolution of project-related issues and blockers if they arise.
• Create monthly reports and forecasts to executive management of project status, schedule, milestones, and budget.
• Facilitate, schedule, and plan Executive Steering Committee meetings for projects - including creation of presentations and other material to effectively communicate project progress.

Qualifications:

• This individual will be responsible for leading teams of 40-60 people and running implementations for the company's proprietary application for the different states that they are assisting
• They will be gathering requirements and iterating with the business, QAs, Developers, BAs, and clients
• They need to have very strong and polished communication skills
• Have experience dealing with 25-65 million dollar projects
• 8-10 years of Project Management experience specific to the professional services sector (think Deloitte, RCM, Avanade, Accenture, Huron, etc.)
• They need experience running projects that last between 1-3 years
• This is really an application PM that has supported large scale application implementations in a consulting setting for clients
