Job Title: Clinical Research Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Project Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to manage timelines and ensure the smooth progression of our clinical trial pipeline. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Excel and an interest in clinical trials, offering a unique opportunity to grow into a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and track clinical trial timelines.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of clinical trial activities to ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data relevant to clinical trials.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of clinical trials, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Support the director in managing the clinical trial pipeline, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinical trial activities and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes and workflows.
  • Provide support in regulatory, data management, and other research-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to manage complex spreadsheets and perform advanced data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a research-related role, such as a coordinator, regulatory specialist, or data manager, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in clinical trials and a desire to grow into a Clinical Research Coordinator position.
