Job description

Now Hiring: Production Technician (2nd Shift)

Join our team as a Production Technician, where you'll play a key role in preparing and packaging supplies to meet production demands. This is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated manufacturing environment with opportunities to develop new skills and contribute to a dynamic team!

Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
  • Monday - Friday (occasional weekend OT)

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and verify components for production.
  • Support ERP material transactions and inventory management.
  • Perform final packaging, labeling, and sealing activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with GMP, QSR, and ISO standards.
  • Assist with waste treatment and other assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in an FDA-regulated environment (medical device manufacturing preferred).
  • Skills: Teamwork, attention to detail, multitasking, and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or in a controlled environment.
