Eden Prairie, MN 55344

Monday - Friday, 6AM to 2PM

Pay: $19-20/HR, based on experience

Duration: 6 month contract to direct hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment, particularly in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute manufacturing processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under the guidance of the production planner.
  • Prepare and submit samples to the Quality Control (QC) department for analysis as per the established protocols.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines during reagent manufacturing processes.
  • Facilitate the transfer and issuance of raw materials for production batches through the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and accounting documentation.
  • Review completed batch records to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice) standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and communicate any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of general laboratory supplies, ensuring availability for uninterrupted production.
  • Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment and document maintenance activities to ensure proper functioning.
  • Supervise and participate in the routine housekeeping of the production area, including cleaning process equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
