Monday - Friday, 3PM to 12AM

Pay: $77,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience

Duration: Direct Hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility, ideally ISO certified and/or FDA regulated.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and management leadership to drive and achieve organizational and company goals and objectives.
• Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) that guide daily production activities; monitor and ensure their execution. These KPIs should encompass product conformity, process performance, customer satisfaction, and employee well-being, safety, and morale.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations in alignment with site KPIs, fostering collaboration and standardization across departments.
• Identify opportunities and implement programs to enhance workplace safety, reduce costs, control scrap, and decrease production lead times.
• Develop future shop floor leaders by providing feedback and coaching through employee development best practices. Ensure all resources needed for business operations are established and maintained, including:
• Staffing personnel to effectively complete and manage all operating tasks
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Ensuring adherence to safety and other regulatory requirements
• Actively promote a culture focused on teamwork, safety, diversity, and respect.
• Participate in new product development efforts by:
• Coordinating resources to support prototype trial runs
• Providing ongoing feedback on manufacturability and process flow considerations
• Supporting employee training on new product introductions
• Research and resolve product and service complaints, focusing on identifying root causes, formulating and implementing corrective actions, and measuring performance to ensure successful implementation of revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations on special projects as assigned.
• Work with corporate and site-based Human Resources to ensure all human resources and industrial practices are in place and followed accordingly.
