Job description

Location: Branchburg, NJ

We are currently hiring for a Production Supervisor at a manufacturing organization in Branchburg, NJ.

Shift time:

  • 2nd shift (3:30pm-12:00pm)

Position Title: 2nd shift Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the filling lines, assembly, and packaging operations, specifically compounding, production, and packaging areas.
  • Implement processes to achieve production goals.
  • Submit daily staffing requirements to the Production Manager
  • Recommend resource allocation for optimal operational efficiency.
  • Maximize time and performance in line with manufacturing specifications.
  • Maintain operational flow by managing the movement of materials in and out of the production area.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations affecting production activities.
  • Conduct product change-overs in accordance with SOP guidelines.
  • Adhere to Fire Code, OSHA, DEP, and DOT regulations.
  • Track and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in supervising filling lines and managing manufacturing processes.
