Monday - Friday, 11:30PM to 7:30AM

Pay: $75,000 - $95,000

Duration: Direct Hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Over one year of managerial experience involving the resolution of safety incidents, prompt decision-making, and implementing corrective actions.
• More than two years of production experience in a regulated GMP/FDA environment.
• Proficient in SAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Examine production schedules to determine product details such as quantities and specifications.
• Organize production operations, establish priorities, and sequence manufacturing processes accordingly.
• Verify the accuracy and consistency of information entered into SAP, aligning with established procedures and policies from production and engineering. Analyze SAP data and collaborate with the Production Manager to devise incentives and corrective measures for production staff based on set standards.
• Ensure that manufactured products meet specified standards to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain patient safety.
• Prepare necessary documentation, oversee required tasks, and oversee the electronic receipt of finished goods. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop or update standard operational practices and monitor employees to ensure compliance with these standards.
• Implement and provide training on company policies and procedures, refine assembly techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Assign employees to production lines, oversee safety programs, and conduct interviews, hiring processes, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Foster the growth and development of staff through effective onboarding, transparent communication, training opportunities, and performance management. Foster team morale and motivation, ensuring the team possesses the necessary skills and competencies for optimal performance.
