Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM

Pay: $15-16.50/HR

Duration: 6 month contract to direct hire

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to communicate with resources in other departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving and Confirming Sample Requests: Communicate effectively to receive, organize, and send emails. Basic computer skills are essential.
  • Maintaining and Following SOPs: Adhere strictly to sampling, shipping SOPs, and blending procedures.
  • Maintaining Accurate and Complete Records: Keep detailed records of sample requests, raw material requests, sample destinations, and lot tracking of raw materials.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance: Ensure the work area is clean and sanitized. Maintain equipment to ensure it operates correctly.
  • Documentation: Organize and provide necessary documentation for sample products.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with the research and development team and the sales team regarding samples.
  • Support for Teams: Assist the research and development and quality control teams as needed, including performing quality testing of samples.
  • Adherence to Standards: Maintain good personal hygiene, follow GMPs, and adhere to food safety standards.
