Our forward-thinking medical device manufacturing team is searching for a Line Lead to join our 2nd shift (2:45p-11:30p, Mon-Fri) to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and promote collaboration in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated environment. About the Role
As a Line Lead, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparing the production area with all necessary resources, inventory, and documentation to kickstart each day successfully.
• Ensuring daily/weekly production goals are achieved by supporting the team, monitoring inventory practices, and maintaining organization.
• Providing regular updates to supervisors on team progress and promptly addressing any production challenges.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Quality & Safety standards across all processes.
• Leading daily assignments, promoting continuous improvement, and assisting with training initiatives to enhance team skillsets.
• Driving a positive work environment by promoting cooperation, timeliness, and an eye for quality and efficiency.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Experience: 2+ years in an FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing setting.
• Skills: Strong math, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with GMPs, ERP systems, and office equipment.
• Teamwork: Ability to foster a cooperative, high-performance environment while holding the team accountable for meeting production goals.
• Mindset: An eagerness to inspire, motivate, and approach each task with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
