Procurement Supervisor

The Procurement Supervisor will manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract development for materials and services. This role focuses on supplier management, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of production, laboratory materials, fixed assets, administrative supplies, and catering.
• Oversee sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, contract management, order placement, payment, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain and evaluate supplier relationships and performance.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and QA teams for contract completion, material evaluations, and deviation investigations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, local laws, and ethical standards.
• Support supply chain and manufacturing teams in developing material demand forecasts.
• Maintain systematic documentation and ensure timely, accurate information management.
• Adhere to environmental, health, safety, and information security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP principles is highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic procurement, and inventory systems.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork spirit, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
