Job Summary

The Processing Technician is responsible for preparing and packaging supplies to meet production requirements and demand forecasts. This role supports the Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager in overseeing production activities to ensure adherence to SOPs, GMPs, QSR, GTP, ISO standards, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

This position performs essential duties and may take on additional tasks as needed.

• Support product formulation processes.
• Assist in preparing and verifying components.
• Follow SOPs for cleaning, labeling, and sealing of processed units.
• Ensure ERP transactions and material moves are completed on time.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Properly transfer and stock supplies in controlled areas (e.g., autoclave, cleanroom, and quality areas), completing system transactions for inventory control.
• Assist with final packaging activities, including kitting and preparing lots.
• Support cleanroom tasks as required.
• Organize and stock gowning supplies in the Gowning Room.
• Perform wastewater treatment for safe disposal.
• Participate in daily cleaning and other duties as assigned.

Shift Options: Monday-Friday

• 1st shift 6AM - 2:30PM

OR

• 2nd shift 2:45PM - 11:15PM

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
