Job description
Must-have skills
- EMR experience
- Experience in a high call volume environments
Responsibilities
- M-F 8:30am-5pm
- Fielding 70-100 calls per day
- Working on a team with 3 other schedulers
- Scheduling for 4 outpatient locations
- Routing calls to other staff members
- Pulling voicemail, and returning calls in timely manner
- Entering/updating demographic and insurance information
- Verifying insurance and obtaining referrals
