Job description
Day to Day
- Facilitate the authorization process to ensure patient's receive the care they need in a timely manner.
- Utilize strong attention to detail to review and verify insurance coverage for medical procedures, treatments, and services.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to gather necessary documentation and information for authorization requests.
Requirements
- Experience as a prior authorization representative (2 - 5 years).
- Eclinic System knowledge.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols (specifically in pain management / anesthesia).
Shift & Hours
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, on-site!
