Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Prior Authorization RN you will…

• Evaluate and process prior authorization requests for medical procedures and medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather necessary documentation.
• Conduct clinical assessments based on established guidelines.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, specifically excel

Soft Skill/Attribute Requirements

• Possess general understanding of the changing healthcare environment.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: "EMR (electronic medical record system), Microsoft Excel computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.

Work Environment: This position is going to be REMOTE.
