Pay: 120,000 - 150,000
Qualifications: Practice Manager Experience (3-5 Years Desired)
Job Description
- Supervise, Hire, Train, Terminate, Discipline, Hr Duties, Customer Service Check Ins, Coordinate Activities, Manage Payroll - Adp, Resolve Medical Administrative Problems.
- Help With Overall Morale
- Keep Atmosphere Standards Up
- Scheduling Doctors And Nurses For Appointments
- Maintain Schedules For Both Offices
- Implement Office Policies
- Performance Reviews
- Work With 3rd Party Contractors
- Work With Insurance Contractors
- Computer Savviness
- EMR Experience is a Plus
- HIPPA Training
