Location: Alpharetta, Georgia with additional openings in Cumming, GA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in phlebotomy and will be responsible for performing blood draws, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and ensuring patient comfort during the procedure. This is a full-time position with regular weekday hours, perfect for candidates looking for a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood draws and other specimen collection procedures with precision and care
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Provide a friendly, professional experience for patients
  • Assist with basic laboratory procedures when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in phlebotomy (Certification is not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety and care
  • Knowledge of lab safety procedures and infection control
