Position Title: Phlebotomist

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (85015, 85016, 85008, 85029) - FULLY ONSITE

Pay: $16.75 - $21.19/hour (depending on years of experience)

Job Description: In Office Phlebotomist

• Draw blood from patients of all ages in a high-volume clinic
• Will often draw 30 or more patients in a day
• Provide excellent customer service to each patient
• Will be working with test codes and patient demographic information and entering it into computerized laboratory system. Having a good comfort level with computers and navigating through different programs is essential for success
• Each patient will be taken back by one phlebotomist and that Phleb will do all of their paper work, order entry, insurance updates, drawing, processing, bagging, etc. in one room

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM

Must Haves:

• 1+ year Phlebotomy experience in IOP, PSC, Hospital, or Mobile setting required (donor/plasma only experience does not count)

Soft Skills:

• ATTENDANCE and reliability
