Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in phlebotomy and will be responsible for performing blood draws, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and ensuring patient comfort during the procedure. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and other specimen collection procedures with precision and care
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide a friendly, professional experience for patients
• Assist with basic laboratory procedures when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in phlebotomy (Certification is not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
