Phlebotomist

Duties

• Draw blood from patients of all ages in a high-volume clinic, often handling 30+ patients daily.
• Provide excellent customer service to each patient.
• Enter test codes and patient demographic information into a computerized laboratory system.
• Complete all patient-related tasks (paperwork, order entry, insurance updates, drawing, processing, bagging) in one room.

Qualifications

• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with computers and navigating various programs.
• Recent completion of a successful Phlebotomy externship (verify daily draws) OR recent Phlebotomy experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• 6+ months of experience.
• Experience with high draw volumes.
• Phlebotomy diploma/certification.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, shifts vary between 6:00am & 6:00pm

Pay Scale

• 0-.99 yrs: $16.75/hr
• 1-1.99 yrs: $17.59/hr
• 2-2.99 yrs: $18.47/hr
• 3-3.99 yrs: $19.11/hr
• 4-6.99 yrs: $19.78/hr
• 7-10.99 yrs: $20.47/hr
• 11+ yrs: $21.19/hr
