Title: Pharmacy Technician/Billing Specialist

Location: Eden Prairie, MN (55344)

Position Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week (schedule varies per week)

Are you a certified Pharmacy Technician with a knack for problem-solving and exceptional customer service skills? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Technician/Billing Associate!

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to nurses and managers at long-term health facilities.
- Work with insurance and hospice providers to resolve billing errors, rejected claims, and prior authorizations.
- Utilize multiple systems to review and address billing issues.
- Handle projects such as processing returns, completing daily reports, and locating Medicaid numbers.
- Respond to calls and emails promptly, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Certified Pharmacy Technician or equivalent licensure required.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail essential for success.
