Job description

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - 2 openings

Located in Spokane Washington

Overview:

Join a premier pharmacy services provider dedicated to quality patient care and innovative pharmacy solutions in long-term care settings. This closed-door pharmacy prepares medications to be delivered to nursing homes, offering a unique opportunity to transition skills from a retail environment to a non-patient facing role.

Positions Available:

  1. Order Entry Tech - $21 per hour
  2. Fill Technician - $19 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare medications for delivery to nursing homes
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order entry or medication filling, depending on the position
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of patient/resident information
  • Follow policies and procedures for the safe procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal of medications
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications:

  • Pharm tech license
  • Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, team player
  • Excellent oral communication skills

Shift:

  • 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 4 days a week (32 hours total)
