Pharmacy Technician Care Coordinators (Contact Center)
Job description
Overview
- Answering inbound patient and provider communication (call center and SMS platform)
- Supporting in patient needs as appropriate (eg: providing tracking information, scheduling appointment with care team, updating demographic information, etc.)
- Triaging patient to pharmacist or care team as needed
- Support in customer service concerns and de-escalation when appropriate
- 55-60 inbound call volume on average
3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
good phone etiquette
good customer service telephonically
active Pharm tech license
Schedule/Shift
M-F 8:30-5:30pm
Fully onsite during contract.
Hybrid Work Per Company Policy: Employees must work their first 90 days of being FTE onsite and then contingent upon their performance, they will be eligible to be hybrid 2-3 days a week.
